Great concept: diverse, fixed menu with specials from a region/country rotating nightly. You can choose from the standbys or get adventurous. The marrow bone was delicious!
cacio e pepe is out of this world. Try and sit at the chefs table so you can watch the Chef 's crank out all the food. Stuffed squash blossoms were amazing as well .
The daily catch was phenomenal. The hostess really let us know what was seasonal. Amazing place!
If you don't know what it is, order it. This restaurant is about trying new things, and everything on the menu will knock your socks off.
The international menu is a blast. Most exciting place to eat in Highlands.

Delicious! Make reservations and try the homemade pasta . Ask to sit at the bar while eating so you can watch the chefs in action. Amazing!
