The oldest cafe in town . Come here to listen to old folks argue loudly about politics, religion and the state of the world.
This is where the locals eat . Friendly waiters , but don't expect English, and traditionally slow service. The food is good and prices $4-7.

I think this might be where the real town life starts. Street vendors for fresh fruit, shaved icecream, etc.. It does look a bit sketchy (risky) for gringos like me up the street. - Yuri B
