Very pleasant terminal this is! Even though its small, its easy to get around - signboards are clear. Very hard to get lost! Free wifi , restaurants and convenient shops are available!

Beautiful new and now many services - Starbucks, Krispey Creme, Cold Stone. Also check in is spacious and well signed. So much nicer.

The terminal 3 ultimate is simply stunning, even they haven't finished yet, it's really big and cozy , combined with great service from Garuda, those will be perfect

The terminal has various restaurants to be offered, and comfortable for passenger and non-passenger.easy to access from train and car/bus.

You don't have to worry about toilet and drinking water, and because it's so big you can't see any crowdness in here. The building is very well maintain, alot of food stall and restaurant .

Pleasantly spacious building, lightning fast check-in and security, excellent F&B outlets (esp. Avent Coffee ): this terminal does it all wonderfully well . ????????????????

Love the modern airport . If your gate is more than number 18, take the free golf car. Its quite far. This airport is very artsy bt the way..

Great huge airport . Like Mall ! good boarding room, good waiting room also for pickers. So many restaurant , merchants, and very good public facilities. The services also very good.

Feels good to see the airport so lively again like before covid. Check in in advance is good. Never know when rombongan haji will start coming, and take up all line . Prepare all documents in advance.

On arrival. Cab station: gate 3 & 4. Bus station : gate 5. Private vehicles: head to parking area on level 1, 2, 3.

Garuda Indonesia flight for international and domestic is located terminal 3. Very new and clean terminal. There are also many shops, restaurants but the free wifi is always die.

In my opinion, the old terminals have better executive lounges ! This one is an eco friendly terminal? If so, it should've had a good air circulation system! Hot never goes well with delays & jet lags!

Keep your parking ticket closely! If you lost your ticket, they'll charge you 200k, very insane fine policy!

If you want to wrap your baggage, you have to spare more time: the wrapping station is quite far from the check-in desk and there will be a long queue; each item may take more than 3 mins to wrap .

Smoking area in renov, so must walk accross whole airport to the only corner one. Discrimination against smoker, there must be lawsuit for this :-I

Ok i appreciate the government's concern and effort to build an international standard of airport . I personally like it, aside from there are only a few temporary tenants and work here and there.

Great terminal, though there are still lots of things have to be improved. Love this terminal very much.

OmG My 1st time visiting this place. It looks like Sepinggan and Svarnabhumi already. Nice. But still less tenants mybe bcos its new. Sbux so full ????

Very good, I like terminal 3. There are many restaurants . The smoking area is nearby gate 1.

Uber is not allowed in the arrival area. Alternatively, you can ask your Uber driver to pick you up at the parking lot on the third level or the departure area.

Long immigration lines at arrival for both residents and foreigners visiting. Also very hot in the airport . Air cond can’t cope in cooling down the huge space .

Many food stalls and coffee shops .. but the distance between the airport enterance doors to the waiting room are so far away..

The cheapest way to the city is taking the Damri Bus . Available at every Terminal. Turn left, end of the Terminal 3. To Gambir Station, available till midnight.

The Padang food was among the few, decent, 'real' food that they have. And still affordable as well . Bakmie GM comes next.

Check your boarding gate and calculate the timing to the gate. Domestic gate 11-14 is relatively close to the final checkpoint, gate > 15 takes 15-30 minutes to get there. This is a huge terminal.

New terminal , it is very clean . But, food street has not opened, yet. There is not first food restaurant and it is very hot at gate area.

Despite Garuda issues you a electronic boarding card. They won't let you let pass the safety check. Get your boarding card printed , too.

The environment is not as crowded as the other two terminals.... It's clean and comfortable , and what I like is: They have Bakmi GM and JCo...!

There are showers ! But.. Unlikely to Kuala Lumpur or Changi international Airport , bring your own towel and soap. They only provide the water.

I found myself more comfortable with this new terminal . Better designed makes it looks & feel wider, also orderly & quick immigration - tax processing.

Please do not forget to check the baggage claim number because it is very wide area

Almost similar with Hongkong airport . More comfy than Terminal 2, but still many tenants need to open. There's no duty free shop yet

If your departure gate is far away, you may ask help the cart driver for hitch hike . So helpful

Wear something comfy T-shirt, short and flip flop, as the Air Conditioner is not cool enough during the day. this is why they should name it low cost carrier terminal? :)

You can ride skytrain to move to terminal 1, 2 and the airport station. It’s free.

Spanking new terminal . Very big though so you might have a long trek to departure gates.
