Good shopping mall @ city center, many brands such as Zara, Breshka, etc. are available here, the food court is good but the street atmosphere outside this mall is not amazing!

As a tourist I preferred here because it has Lot's of stores with mid-range prices, you can access here with metro, bus and taxi and the food court is beside baby shops in latest floor

Kofteci - is best restaurant in Mall 28. It's lovely,nice atmosphere,very good service and tasty food! Your guys here are indeed attentive! Baku cafes for middle class need to learn a lot from here!

Although it was established n opened a few years ago, it has been altered a landmark of Baku nowadays :) Mall is the best facility for shopping :)

Location is very good and one of the best shopping malls at this time. Cinema is also one of the best.

cheapest brands , hustle and bustle, parking issues.. still the most visited mall for me, for the whole city .

No need to give a try to any place in this court except Cafecity. Bu yemek alaninda Cafecity'den baskasi yalan, bosuna baska yerleri denemeyin paraniza ve zamaniniza yazik.

If you drive a big SUV, they don't have enough parking space ((

Best time is The weekend morning! We go there every sunday.

If you have been at NewYorkers once, no need to come again, coz everything is almost the same. Hardly you can find something new.

Parking lots are very tight, plus poor parking practices (usually seen 2 cars in 3 lots).. Be prepared to take couple of tours to find a parking lot at weekends!!

This is not the worst place to make shopping and watch movies or enjoy some yummy stuff in Cinnabon ????

Best mall of baku. Ganclik mall will compete it i believe. Ahead of PB for sure. Cinema is nice, parking is set up a little inconvenient, and entrance is always crowded .
