China 's chef r quite liberal with d salt, oil and chillies. Next time tell the waiter , less salt, less oil, less chillies.
Mostly 'Si Chuan ' food. Chefs are from China . Highly recommend those dishes here!
Food here are way too salty . I think if I dunk a fresh cucumber into my soup it will returned pickled .
