Beautiful hotel . They also host a top notch cooking school. I had a lesson in bread - aubergine and pepper starters, chicken tagine and custard - under the expert guidance of Mr. Mohamed.

Beautiful place... Perfect spot for a lengthy hang - start at the Piano Jazz Bar , followed by dinner . I highly recommend the Lamb Tangia , lamb slow cooked with lemon for 9 hours in a clay pot .
