Look for Alex to get good service by the pool. Wireless can be spotty but it's still nice they provide it. A bit too far from Malecon, sadly.

La segunda vez que vengo, servicio muy bueno, la actitud de los empleados es muy agradable. Buenos alimentos. Quizás deberían incluir cervezas como Stella o Heineken . Cuartos amplios y agradables.

Una estancia perfecta, habitaciones cómodas con vista al mar . Atención de personal de 10. La comida es en general Premium, gran atención a presentación. Lo malo: clima de habitación no ajusta bien

Recomendadísimo, una de las mejores estancias . Cuarto con vista al mar , el servicio es excelente, barra libre 24hr, privacidad, y todo incluido.

La comida es exquisita! Carper y Bordeaux mis favoritos!! Bebidas recomendadas Mojito Francés y El Perfecto!! El personal con la mejor atención.

Es un buen hotel de gama media, si quieres ahorrar es una buena opción, aunque en Vallarta y Nuevo Vallarta hay lugares de mejor calidad, obviamente pagando mas.

Es un hotel que a diferencia de otros todo incluido este si te ofrece bebidas internacionales y su cocina bastante buena. Pero ojo fumadores !!! Todas sus habitaciones son de NO fumar.

La comida es buena, pero es necesario mejorar el servicio de los restaurantes así como del room service x que son lentos lo que le sigue!! En general el hotel esta lindo y con muchos detalles!!!
