Reporting now eating at 2:30pm Feb 2014 that there is no slow service problem for me like the other complaints. Someone should try peak hour and report if improved.

Kitchen ran out of garlic powder so they served buttered bread instead of garlic bread . Wasn't pleased with the substitute, so waiter offered to swap the miserable buttered bread with two ice-creams.

Well typical pizza hut outlet. Not that its not good but its not gonna amaze you either. Anyway, the pizza hut is here.

I wonder why Bolognese spaghetti become some sort of spicy tomato mee? Probably worst ever spaghetti i ever had.

The order slowly come one by one. My experience on other Pizza Hut is not like this.

Worst service ever,staff playful amongst themselves.I hv to collect the order myself frm the counter.One staff wiped table next to us,never washed her hands after that.customer service at its worst!!!

i think the service quite fast.. better than other pizza hut

Pilaf chicken rice looks hot in the hot plate when serve, but the truth is it's not.. It is better taste when serve hot

Food really terrible, runny soup , lesser cheese , uncertain cheese powder availability, wat else? Hv to keep reminding of the food not yet served.
