Awesome place with coffee dispenser, clean toilets , friendly staff and a coupla snack stalls in case you wanna munch in the shuttle bus . Best part is the charger sockets , they're everywhere!

Nice waiting room .feel so cozy here.and the suttle really comfortable .actually still don't know about the other travel agency but cititrans really recomended.

Spacey and comfortable waiting room with free wifi , free coffee , free magazine , and clean toilet .. The only drawback is that there are a bunch of smokers outside..

Dont call their cust service number to book your seat. Their network is suck, but the shuttle's seat is the best!

Bbrp kali menggunakan mobil travel ini, Sepertinya AC mobilnya perlu diservice atau di tambah agar nyaman , krn di dlm mobil panas sekali

Juni 2 kali cititrans terguling, 2 korban tewas sia2, seat samping sopir seatbeltnya selalu rusak, mohon kepedulian penumpang mengingatkan driver yg ngantuk, saya 3kali ketemu sopir ngantuk
