Amazing Turkish food ! Love the baba ghanoush , Shepherd's Salad , Fried Calf Liver , Iskendar Kebab , Adana Kebab ... it's hard to go wrong! It gets really crowded at dinner though so arrive@early
The lentil soup was one of the best lentils I have tried, their Shepard salad was one of the tastiest salads cigara was also very good and we also tried their mix grill which was very good.
Happy Hump Day! How about a Karisik Pide for a great mid week dinner ? #TacisBeyti Karisik Pide- a pide made with sauteed ground lamb , turkish sausage , pastrami & mozzarella cheese Read more
Phenomenal Turkish food . Love the shepherds salad and kebabs ! Order baklava ; it's worth it. Great for groups , family friendly , and great value with delicious and huge portions
What ever you order, it is going to be goood :))) Shepherd salad , fried liver , scallops are great :) for the main course try it all by time, for deserts künefe is great, have fun :)
Can't go wrong with anything here, but I highly recommend the eggplant in spicy tomato sauce (it's not actually spicy !) Besides that, go crazy!
Best Lahmacun in NYC???????? also try kunefe
Get. Dat. Hummus . With. Pastrami . Also, the baklava here is the best I’ve ever had. It’s pistachio and not one bit dry.
It's getting chilly and the holidays are approaching. Book your corporate holiday event with Taci's Beyti and our banquet menus! Check them out here: http://tacisbeyti.com/menus.html
best turkish food in new york! most of the turkish restaurants in new york very well americanized. however, taci's beyti always brings original taste which is yummy!
Wow!!! I have to say everything we ordered was amazing and the service/staff were very pleasant, knowledgable and attentive. I can't wait to go back!!
Come with a group and eat family style , and its BYOB ! The menu is simple and you should try as much as you can! It definitely won’t break the piggy bank either.
Iskender kebab is one of the best (and authentic ) in the city . Also any appetizer , and kunefe for desert ! Of you're feeling daring get the liver appetizer , it's delishhhh
Good food - eating here for a very long time. Get the mixed grill.
Lahmacun , beyti, lamb shish ???????? but adana kebab , kusbasi pide, shepherd’s salad , liver , hummus ???????? not even authentic Turkish. It’s BYOB ✌????
Complimentary bread is served. Shepherd's salad with the feta is highly recommended.
Great Turkish food , lahmacun is the best in Brooklyn. Fresh tomatoes , onions , parsley , and squeeze some lemon . Wrap it up
Everything on the menu is worth trying at least once.
BYOB is a wild phenomenon. So are the hot hummus with pastrami and the doner kebab . A+ stuff here.
Go for the "Mixed Grill" if you've never been here before. You get a little bit of everything.
We are number 3 on Zagat's Top 10 BYOB Restaurants ! What an honor! Check it out here: http://blog.zagat.com/2012/09/new-yorks-10-best-byob-restaurants.html
Lamb saute is amazing! I've tried many variants and this beats them all!
My favorite Turkish food spot in all of Brooklyn! Where I always go to get peynirli pide.
Real traditional turkish food , everything taste delicious, feels like homemade food
Get the grilled fish (trout ). And the appetizers ! (chicken liver and the eggplant spread ). End with the baklava . Great for groups .
Best Turkish restaurant in Brooklyn. You should try the mix kebab .
Definitely get the kabobs . Authentic Turkish food and good service .
Kebabs and eggplant dishes are far and away the best items at this local favorite.
the Adana kebab is next level
The food is EXCELLENT ! Great service and decor. BYOB
It's worth to try. Prices are ok. Must eat Kunefe after the meal.
Doner Kebab , Mixed Grill and eggplant spread
Amazing food, everything on the menu is really good!
The eggplant and yogurt meze pairs quite well with the meaty entrees.
The Kunefe is to die for, even if you are not into desserts .
Great authentic Turkish food , fast service , really liked!
Dont order Beyti kebab !! What they serve is not a beyti. Even waiter told us that it is not the real one. When you order they serve adana kebab . Just google it and see how real beyti looks like
Excellent food, servings are GIGANTIC.
Mezze , pide, eggplant
The best. Spicy eggplant with Turkish bread and the little lamb pizza thingies
Best Turkish food , period.
Great appetizers
Best Turkish coffee :)
Go to the liquor store across the street to pickup booze. This place is BYOB .
Food is great. But two times I was there, there was no toilet paper in the female bathroom
Great food
Tasty lentil soup
Saintpeters fish is incredible.
The food is awesome
Great place. Lots of seating. Lentil soup is amazing. Lamb shank, opera salad and chicken shish were all fantastic. - Michael Nagar
Beautiful view of the boats and dock. Food was good. I enjoyed the kafte kabob, the salad was fresh. The service is a little disorganized and everything came out at once. - Michael Nagar
My favorite is the hummus and the Russian salad for the appetizers , and the grilled kofte sandwich. Prices are decent and you get the most for your money. - Tugba Gee
I live their Turkish tea and shepherd salad topped with feta cheese. Nice atmosphere too! - Svitlana Petrenko
Everything is good here! I would recommend going in the evening because the scenery is beautiful. Even in the winter time here you can't go wrong. - Pamela Benford
