Great breakfast ! Room was clean and hotel is in great location. 15 mins walk from main square and 5 mins on tram . Big shopping centre 5 mins away with train station , trains to and from the airport .

I've been to dozens ibis, but this is definitely the one with the best breakfast . Fresh baken bread , Apple pie , pancakes . Extremely nice people working there.

Perfect location, very clean , modern, excellent value for money . Ask for room facing away from railway station - otherwise there is high chance you hear railway announcements 24hrs a day.

Hotel is well situated near the Market Square. Clean and basic rooms. Breakfast offers variety and plentiful.

The hotel is clean , staff is polite. Rooms are pretty good. I was staying there almost two weeks, and there was comfortable staying.

Отличный отель . И удачное расположение рядом с шикарным торговым центром , транспортным узлом и старым городом , что понятно из названия! Приятного отдыха :)

Hotel nowy (otwarty w kwietniu 2012), pokoje większe niż w Ibisie na Syrokomli, wyposażenie standardowe. Czyli wszystko jak najbardziej OK, ale bez rewelacji. Polecam zajrzeć także obok do Ibis Budget

Szkoda, że na www nie informują, ile kasują za parking! 45pln to drożej, niż w większości europejskich stolic. Zdzierstwo po Krakowsku. Mój ostatni raz w Ibisie !

Odradzam pokoje od strony dworca kolejowego. Hałas niemiłosierny. Poza tym ok.
