I lived and worked in China and SAR Hong Kong. I just moved to Corvallis from Las Vegas and Queens Chopsticks is well prepared, tasty, very reasonably priced. I've had everything on the lunch menu
They can make some super spicy stuff. Try the general tso's and tell them to make it five stars.
General Tsao's chicken is my current favorite but next time I'm ordering a 6 on the spicy scale of 1-5 (it could be way spicier)
Try Ants Climb Trees from the Chinese Menu . It's salty rice noodles with pork and a bit of spice. So tasty!
The honey shrimp with walnuts is one of my favorite meals here. The Queen's lettuce wraps are great, too!
The quantities are modest, but the food tastes great. Sizzling beef with the black pepper flavor was the highlight of our first trip.
The mandarin chicken is great, and you can make it more or less spicy depending on how you like it!
