This was my first-ever trip to N&C. Went with the regular-sized Indonesian Peanut Saute. Nice spice, but I still added some sriracha . Lips are a little numb, but that's OK.
I love to order the Pesto Cavatappi with Shrimp and the Pasta Fresca with the seared chicken . So good! I eat their once to twice a week!
Tip for the manager. I've been in line for over 20 minutes. Open the other register and staff the kitchen! 6 people still in front of me in line !
Probably the least busy of the local Noodles ', though a tough location to get in and out of. Nice if you're near West Towne Mall , though.

Mac and Cheese is a crowd favorite. But I like either the Pesto Cavatappi or the Penne Rosa , personally.
Don't be afraid to add toppings to your base noodle . And always get regular size!
