I love the laidback resort concept. Very cool and relaxing. Service was very fast eventhough there was a long queue. I got my order 2 minutes after ordering. Kudos!

Still one of the busiest spot in the area. A perfect spot for you to wait for the sunset and have a good rest. The outdoor seats are comfortable during the dawn!

Probably the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Tons of seating, entrance to the beach with live music and DJ . Only problem are those people that "reserve " their seats and disappear

It have a nice outdoor seating u can go to the beach for a walk with coffee ...but in weekend there're crowded with people...if need buy in weekend night, need queue for a long queue,but i still love..

Don't expect u can park the car in front of the Starbucks, always full. Overall have your coffee and enjoy the view at the back. worth waiting for the long Q ????????

The first Starbucks outlet in Malaysia situated by the beach . Freaking big, freaking busy. They have their own Starbucks Partner Gear store inside the premises.

Nice environment but crowded with ppl. To avoid long queue. There is another counter for Frappuccino at outside. It is only available on 7pm onwards. Enjoy! XD

It's cozy but can be quite pack at certain hours. But nonetheless the view was great and beach is awesome! ;)

Great product, great location. Very slow service in 1st week--10 min before they took my order when I was #4 in line . Hope they improve performane as they gain experience.

The environment is good! But service,drinks and management should be better ..frappe is not frappe , became over-melted!

Was misled to anor counter bt later found that SB card not accepted at the counter&without hesitation they requested us to queue again at the original counter which by then the Q has ady triple up.

Speed of service are too slow. Too crowded . It is definitely a good place to relax with a cup of coffee if only if not too much of noise.

The most ridiculous thing they told me was the cake I ordered is half frozen and told me if you want to have it, it's better to go outside under the hot sun so that the cake would thaw.
