Buffet was great! I generally hate buffets , but this one was very good. Staff was so hospitable . Entire casino super clean !

Nice rooms, cheap tables (if you can get one), and we loved that it was smoke free! It's weird that they won't take cash at the front desk. Also, if you go for the buffet don't expect much.

The new buffet is great! Very clean and the food is awesome. The shrimp is huge and fresh! Great non smoking facility so far and they are still renovating.

Fantastic!!! You can actually breathe here! And the slots seem a bit moore friendly than other places nearby.

The rooms will be redecorated from floor to ceiling, including new bedding , flat screen TVs and completely redesigned bathrooms .

Go to Treasure Bay instead. Palace is smoke free, but it's not as joyful as Treasure Bay , and the service doesn't give you the time of day. Everyone was glaring and no one smiled. No one.

Not much in terms of scenery able to be viewed from the hotel windows, however, overall a nice establishment since the remodel.

Horrible service. MY GF lost her room key and they wouldn’t let her back in without me there We both checked in and showed our IDs also.. She had to wait till I was off work. Very unprofessional
