Get here early to avoid paying for tabs or table service. They have small bathrooms so usually there is a 20-30 minute waiting. Drinks are pricey but the music and view is great. Try their Moscow mule

Ambiance, drinks, view and crowd are the keys to a successful rooftop and Monarch has them all! Definitely an upscale lounge you wanna stop in to grab a great cocktail and some great tapas-esque food

I think it’s the best view on the Empire State Building in Manhattan. The white wine is a disgrace but my sister enjoyed the mini chicken burger bites. Sweet potatoes fries made me sick.

On a nice Tuesday it's packed by 5pm. The deck area has far too few umbrellas; you will melt. $16+ cocktails , but they're tasty. Hot crowd & great views , however. Surprisingly easy to get in.

Went for my girls birthday party hosted by Indayo & WOW the view is AMAZING!! The crowd was chill but hyped. Indayo hooked us up with drinks & beats all night. My feet STILL hurt! lol

Lady Lychee is tasty. We got moved to another less comfortable spot right in front of a speaker because we didn't have a reservation , and the drinks were a bit overpriced. Definitely not for locals!

Saturday night bridge and tunnel crowd meets two star hotel NYC tourists . No worries, urkel the promoter keeps the crowd in check...even when there's no line .

If you're from Manhattan this spot is NOT for you. Good view but Over priced mediocre food all in tiny portions. Drinks are tiny and pricey even for Manhattan . Crowd is bridge and tunnel and or tacky .
