The lift very slow.Stay twice for Deluxe 45m2 and Suite room. Both room have a good size and comfy bed.Location good for apparels shopping as in walking distance to Mangga Dua whole sale.
Not so great breakfast if you're not Asian. Not so clean rooms either. They don't change the towels and bed sheets every day. And the room service is not so good either. Good pool and good location

Though many issues were still in progress to be ready but their staffs were friendly & helpful that made the overall stay present. Override the tv & Internet issues.
Please install the wifi , it'll make this hotel even worth the stay

ada shuttle bus hotel setiap jam ke daerah belanja mangga dua. lapor 15 menit sebelum berangkat. kolam renang ada di lantai f1, tapi bawa handuk sendiri, petugasnya tdk mau meminjamkan.
Lokasi yang sangat dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan jadi pertimbanganku
hotel & residences namun sayang lokasi minim, pusat grosir mangga 2 dekat tp teteup perlu berkendara. hotel baru, kamar mantap tp ac di kamar ngadat
Tempatnya nyaman cuma agak masuk kedalam posisi nya
Disini tidak bisa "membedakan" beer botol besar dan bir kaleng, modus gaya lamaaaa
Kue di lounge-nya biasa aja
Sarapannya lumayan lengkap
Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan..masuk pertama tak ada bell boy atau petugas yg ngantar..bs salah naik lift klu blm biasa. .
