This hotel is perfect in every way. Nice staff , cookies , Houlihans onsite, free bfast , milk and cookies in room, big rooms , cheap .
On Topguest Points: it is a flawed system where you may get points for a while, then your account is flagged for overuse, followed by several ignored emails for proof.
One of the nicer hotels in Columbus . Houlihans attached, not great but beats most hotel restaurants .
Houlihans has some great food, good prices. The hotel is very comfy and has free internet and a super-friendly staff !
