Amazing service here, and a wonderful pool. Go to the garden pool , they have 2 pools and that's the more hidden one. I like to call it my hidden gem . The hotel isn't super grand, but has all you need!

Beat the crazy BKK traffic jams by using express boats whenever you can. Easy to jump on right behind the hotel . Concierge desk is very helpful. Nice folks.

Ask for a room that has the best river view , you won't regret it. There's also a shuttle boat that will take you to the sky train .

Try Sambal restaurant if you want to try something new. I think it's a great combination between western and asian flavor. Ice-cream teppanyaki is really yummy.

Don't miss the Sunday brunch with the family at etc...on the river . Fun activities for kids are also in store.

Very big hotel , dated, with a view of the river . On Nov 8, the Swimming pool was taken for a private party and the Club Floor was closed for cocktails . Not great to pay a service not provided.

There is a pier at the river side of the hotel . Free ferry rides from the hotel to Saphan Taksin (S5). Everyday 10am-10pm

If u connect to free wifi in the lobby ( orchid wifi ) and after it go to ur room it will continue to work and will be free if charge ;)

If you are a Starwood SPG member and can book it for 3k points it is ok for one or 2 nights - huge number of guests from bustours and Russia very crowded - better SPG hotels in BKK - very poor service
