Old hotel but they are trying to cope up with new lifestyle. The swimming pool ia on the 3rd floor but u'll have to go down from 4th floor. Decent price and friendly staffs

They expand the rooms to the new wing. Not bad got balcony n at the ground floor got entrance connecting to Wawasan Plaza shopping mall .

5th floor deluxe triple room big spacious and clean .... ????

Room smells like feet and towels too. Has VERY strict check-in policy. I came at 1.30 pm and cannot check-in because check-in is at 2.00 pm! Receptionists are snooty and unprofessional.

Nothing good about breakfes.. Better eat outside hotel ... Funny this cafe no have omelette , only fried rice & fried kuew tiuw..

Check in receptionist was quite unfriendly. Did not say 'Welcome', 'Enjoy your stay' nor 'Thank You'. Bad services. Meanwhile the room service deserves a bravado. Friendly , helpful and willing.
