The landscape, horizon, and relative security, makes it a wonderful venue for exercise, meditation , and leisure.

It used to be a more peaceful place but recently it's like a "Patogh" for a lot of people smoking hookah and drinking tea .

In winter and autumn, HIKE there, try to find detours and explore new routs. There is a bench in north of the park , with a fantastic view to the valley and city , lovely, best place for a date.

Run!If you, like me, are addicted to endorphin here is a heaven for you.I have been going there for six years, and never saw a junky or people with inappropriate behavior. I think it is safe for women

Great place for walking, jugging and running. U can fly the kite . A considerable mismanagement by Tehran municipality is visible.

Nice natural park , could be much much better organized and managed. So many cars on the park is really disturbing when you are running there. You can imagine the terrible smell out of car’s exhausts

يكي دوبار رفتم اما نتونستم دركش كنم،فضاي طراحي شده براي پياده رويه اما كاملا با اتوبان احاطه شده،شمادرجايي سرشار از آلودگي بايد پياده روي كني،اقدامات شهرداري براي مكانيابي پارك واقعا حيرت انگيزه.

پارک برای ورزش کردن عالیه، معمولا خلوته و کسی کاری به کارت نداره. پانسیون حیوانات داره و میشه دقایقی رو با باغ وحشش سرگرم شد. پاتوق بادبادک بازها هم هست.

مسیرش برای پیاده روی مناسبه، ولی به خاطر نوع آسفالت و شیب های غیر استاندارد دویدن تو این مسیر به بدن آسیب میزنه

بهترین جا برای پیاده‌روی. پیست دوچرخه سواری هم داره پارکینگشم بزرگه جا هست اکثرا. گاهی هم آخر هفته‌ها بادبادک‌بازها دست جمعی میان این سمت
