Amazing experience at Arzak , the staff and sommelier are fantastic and helpful. We had the tasting menu and every single dish was beautifully presented and equally tasted beautifully.

everything about this place is first rate, the food, the service, the hospitality . the chef comes around & chats with everyone late in the meal. even with all that, i was not blown away by the food.
Must do michelin restaurant . Super cosy, nice sommelier and staff . We had wines in range of 40-70 euro per bottle and it was fantastic. No restrict policy regarding set menu , everything is flexible.
Excellent Michelin 3 Star with relatively reasonable prices (thank you, Donostia!). On the tasting menu , take lamb over pigeon and substitute for the black lemon dessert .
We had an overall lovely experience at Arzak . The service had a few big misses - bread with no butter or evoo , a plate missing the foie gras ... and the oysters we had were close to inedible.

It is often difficult for a chef to perfect the presentation of a dish, and combine it with flavors to match. The father and daughter team in the kitchen achieves that and much more!

Fantastic food and staff - they will make the meal work for you, trade put dishes you don't like, put together custom tasting menus , etc.
Amazing. Had the tasting menu and was blown away. Feel safe leaving the wine-selection up to the sommelier - he will do a great job and not try to rip you off.
This place was very good but didn't wow us the way Akelarre did. Pictured is their legendary "big truffle " dessert .

Sad to say, but Arzak is sorely missing in taste, service and style for a restaurant of its class . Rushed bland meal and inattentive differential staff . Mugaritz is the place you want to go, not here.

Espectacular, sin palabras. Es el segundo 3 estrellas en el que he estado y el mejor:alta calidad de producto, atención y servicio inmejorables, platos espectaculares en sabor y presentación
Un menú de degustación en el que se pueden elegir varios platos en función del gusto de cada cual. Una maravilla de presentaciones y sabores y todo ello con un servicio muy amable y eficaz. Un diez!
Fantástico menú degustación además adaptable a cada comensal, no todos lo mismo sino que hay opciones. Excelente trato y riquísimo todo.

Un auténtico espectáculo. Visita obligada cuando se pasa por San Sebastián. Trato estupendo y el menú de 10.
Carnes y pescados de alto nivel. Entrantes espectaculares, sobretodo la lata de tónica estrujada con chorizo . Postres demasiado dulces para mi gusto. Trato muy correcto y sin parafernalias.
Hay detalles básicos que no están bien cuidados, como por ejem el sabor a grasa en alguno de los entrantes . El cordero y el rape estuvieron fantásticos. No prueben los chocolates del final. Malisimos!
