Not only does it cost a fortune, the lack of good service , clean environment etc is disgusting. Everything has become self service but no investment in quality!
Don't forget your Edgars club cards. Or other loyalty club cards.
Ster Kinekor fails horribly at customer satisfaction. The self service machines are eternally broken and the food queue is insanely long! Seats are dirty .
