I think it's awesome to find an organic place at the airport , especially when it's harder to find it in the city it's located. Unfortunately no vegan option (except fruit , nuts etc)
Everything was delicious, especially the warm bread
They forget to stock up on sandwiches . So you can only get salmon at 7 in the morning.

Sandwichs, wraps , desserts et délicieux cafés , tout le charme de Prêt à Manger à l'Aéroport de Nice. Par contre, les prix sont très élevés . Le Toastie Poulet-Chutney d'oignons est une merveille.
Leckere Sandwiches und tolle Kekse ????. Das beste, was man sich mit ins Flugzeug nehmen kann. Hier kaufen auch Piloten und Crewmitglieder!
