Very quite and less customers during weekdays. But too bad, the connection of maxis will turn weak. Strongly recommended their The Original Vanilla Ice Blended Non-Coffee.

Well , after read all the tips and I quite been so long didt come. It's look like they change their service and manner, become efficient and friendly . Keep it up!

Wow,impresive...after how long the customer left the outlet,the staff here never clean up table. Instead f cleaning it up,all the staff gathered at the back gossiping and chit-chatting...!

It seems that the service has been improved as compared to before. I like the food here very much, none has failed me yet.

Punctuality is truly practiced here. Exactly at 2200hrs, they switch off the lights. Even with the customer inside. Well done.

I had to ask the staff to clean up the table twice before action was taken. When the Indian girl with a tattoo on her hand came, she acted like I owe her money n cin cai wipe the table. 

And the baristas here don't have enough product knowledge !

Not only the baristas are blurred and not well-trained...same goes to the store manager as well ....service not up to expectation!!

Bad service! Starbucks is still the best! Asked to change for a less sweet drink but it's rejected. Coffee bean sucks!

this particular CBTL is sub par in service and thinking of the customer. food is fine. staff need better training .
