This is actually one of the best GYMs in Cairo.. New and modern trainer machines and it has a really nice pool !
Check out the martial arts floor, it's pretty impressive!
Best group exercises: Hisham - Amr - Iman still to try others :-)
Try a workout class , the grab a smoothie and cool down at the jacouzi
Make sure you had your coffee after exercise and freshening up, boosts your energy level tremendously!
Don't STOP when you are tired, STOP when you are DONE :)
Car park is being demolished, avoid if you need to park . New electronic price tags, but not ALL items!
