Awesome resort . I have nothing bad to say about it. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. All speak English. Drinks are strong. Food is good. VERY clean . Best resort I've been to.

Sun & beach are great. Tres Carabelas (seafood restaurant ) was very poor. Fish undercooked, tough steaks , & appetizers dominated by shredded cabbage . The Buffet was, counter-intuitively, the best bet.

We had a magical week with our kids. No surprise, rally all included, great services , great people, lots of activities

Bring a pile of $1's & $5's & make sure your housekeeper gets $5's. Get ready to be sold everything from fishing trips to buggy rides, & they're all closers

Any opinions on colonial club vs elegance club? When I went last year they were building still. The colonial pool is huge never seen any like it. Stayed at elegance club twice and loved it

Very, very beautiful resort . Nicest pool I've ever seen. Order "mucho rum " in your drinks as they're a tad watered down, but fantastic nonetheless.

Upgrading to the club is well worth it! Just don't bite oh the first offer thrown out.

Tairon & Tony at the bar at the foot of the main stairs are the best bartenders in the country !

Muy lindo hotel con buena playa y piscina . La comida no es lo Mejor, es bien yankee y con poco gusto excepto la del matsuri. Las habitaciones son geniales. Fundamental estar en el club colonial
