Room is the tiniest ever, but it's clean and location can't be beaten. Shops, food, transportation is all within a few minutes walk. You can enjoy Tokyo without leaving the area. And the bes is comfy !
Everything is small about this hotel but it's all good. There's lots to eat and drink around the neighborhood (even at midnight). Location trumps all.
The room and bathroom are the perfect size! And the bed is sooooooo soft and comfortable . Bonus: Ichiban beers and chu-hi in the vending machine on the second floor!
