Vrijdag ochtend is er om 10:15 een RPM les die dor mij, Remco Rijgersberg, wordt gegeven. Doe gerust mee voor een heerlijke start van je vrijdag en een gezellige effectieve fiets ervaring!
Probeer Op woensdag eens de bootcamp bii Marius 19.30 uur en dan vrijdag weer lekker bij mij op de fiets , RPM 18.30 uur knalluhhh als een malluhhh
goed dat ze elk uur een mogelijkheid hebben om buik en rugspieren sessie mee te doen
Zumba les op maandagavond is kicken!!!
