Part of the Noritake complex. There’s a welcome center with a history of the company, cafe , restaurant , shop and garden - free to enter. The museum on the same site is ¥500 but not really worth it.

休日になると芝生やテラス で人々が何をするでもなくのんびり時を過ごしている。とてもよい。
名駅からすぐなんですが公園 のような環境の中でNoritakeの陶器について知ることができます。普段ノリタケ使いでない方もクラフトセンターの見学 はオススメ。

Yokoiso - built between 1918-1940 as a residence for the Ito family - owners of Matsuzakaya. Nice garden. Open 9.30-16.30 ¥300 - K B
Was here during winter season, lovely shades of trees. Relaxing walk and beautiful scenery. Oh and clear water pond and huge carp fishes. 300 yen for entrance fee. - Nicholas Lim

Free English tours at the East Gate at 1pm! Our guide was a lovely Japanese grandma who told us more about Japanese castles and palaces than we'd learned during the whole 3-week trip around Japan. - Aldona
