They didn't have iPhone 4 in stock on 18th Dec. They had just a demo model without a SIM card and it wasn't even on the shelves. They keep it in a little room in the back of the store.Good after all.
The worst ever! Not only the waiting is teriffic, the customer service, but also the simplest questions receive blunt replies! Like they are the only ones...Please!

It's still one of the most viseted malls in Sofia. There are few shops left which are worth to visit (Benetton, Sisley, Espirt, HM, Gianni). The set-up is still friendly. - Vicky
