I LOVE our 2 bdrm apmt, but after 3 yrs this place has SERIOUSLY gone downhill: attitude within mgmt, tenants, & police activity. I always thought I'd stay despite how expensive , but def not anymore!

Idk it is pretty bad off where im at. 4040 has it bad. I live in a building next to 4040 and I consistently park north of the post office near the clubhouse. Get home early!

If you're single & younger than thirty, you blow ! Why would you want to live here versus the city ?

In 1 year my car has been broken into three times and my truck was stolen out of the parking lot . Despite the high crime and the high rent- management refuses to add security. Do NOT recommend.

Parking sucks only in first couple buildings...
