Dosa by Chef Rajan is always excellent! I tried their innovative Pearl Millet and Date Kernel pancakes - fluffy, light, delicious.
The signature breakfast here are Seven-Grain Porridge , Finger Millet and Cahroli Nut Pancakes , Goat Cheese Scramble & Smoked Salmon Benedict
Forget the buffet and order the 'laal maas' and 'dal makhni '. You just cannot miss out on these 2 dishes. Ambiance is casual and nice.
