范特喜微創文化的一個中型改建案子。這批建物原為自來水公司的員工宿舍，且原本都是斜屋頂建築；范特喜將斜屋頂拆除之後改建成平屋頂並且打通，創造出一個平行於道路的二樓動線。整體改造案別具巧思，使用到舊式的地磚、攀附的綠樹、古老的窗框…光是建築本身就非常精彩。
