Great food and stunning atmosphere! Service much too slow (not enough staff in my opinion)..and therefore don't get a perfect score.

Second chance: as bad as the first. Food is good. Service is slow and unfriendly. ("Sorry we have a big table, we could not make extra mashed patatos for your kids").

3rd try (it’s a new owner, give him a chance). Cocained and robotized staff . Smile & professionalism are not programmed. Vege food is OK. Meat is awfull.

Das Aubergine ist neu und eindeutig eine Bereicherung für Ibiza. Das Essen ist ausgesprochen lecker, organic und soweit wie möglich von der Insel oder sogar aus eigenem Garten .

Die Qualität ist ausgesprochen gut, Vegetarier kommen auf ihre Kosten, organic und local wird hier gelebt. Dessert unbedingt probieren :)
