Helsingin Kinopalatsi oli avautuessaan syksyllä 1998 Suomen ensimmäinen multiplex-elokuvateatteri. 10 korkeatasoista salia, joissa kaikissa digitaalinen äänentoisto ja nykyaikaiset istuimet, ovat vaativankin elokuvanystävän mieleen. Kinopalatsi sijaitsee Fennia-korttelissa, joka sisältää myös runsaasti erilaisia palveluja fast foodista ja sushista yökerhoihin ja baareihin.

Get candy and sodas cheaper from the metro station K-market on the other side of the street and down the stairs.
Get the premium seats if you can, you'll be more comfortable watching the movie ^_^
Best place to see movies if you like a big screen but hate 3D. Kinopalatsi 1 usually shows the same film in 2D which is playing in 3D at Tennispalatsi 1.
Kinopalatsi is a nice, modern cinema with several rooms so there is almost always playing something which interests you.

If you have some free time before the movie , you can take a smoothie in 'Deli 24' just around the corner (on the left side).

Kinopalatsin karkkipuoti on törkeän kallis... Metroasemalta löytyy halpa karkkikauppa, jossa hyvä valikoima ja jonotusaika olematon.
Siistit avarat tilat ja lähistöllä monta ruokapaikkaa sekä hyviä kahviloita. Helppoa ajanvietettä

Pienissä saleissa uudet liian ahtaat penkit, ei pidemmille ihmisille. Epämukava istua.

I reserved tickets to IMAX when maybe a hundred seats were already reserved. I trusted the seat recommended by the system, which was front row in the middle. Big mistake, the screen was way too close. - Janne Savolainen
