The hiking trail to the falls is kind of hard to find due to there being no trailhead marker. The entrances to the trail will be on your right as the road levels out after exiting the highway.
Great cool water for all kinds of water sports . Some fishing but mostly what I love is the tubing/ floating. Nice picnic area with large area for groups.
Get your feet wet! Live a little :)
Just past the falls...
The falls is in the north side of the road (opposite side from the park ). It's downstream by the old dam .
Spend a few hours hiking the Deschutes River Trail - trails are well maintained and offer spectacular views. - Erin
