Not what I expected- expected more considering the price, BUT booked for its location to the boat show and that is good. Breakfast not brilliant, could do a lot better

Staff was very helpful. Hotel has no wifi in rooms and no air conditioning . Room were clean , though. Not a 4 star, but not a bad place to stay. Close shopping center, docks and casino .

Conservatory is a bit grubby, could do with a lick of paint chairs could do with re-covering

£ 10 a night for parking- total ripoff.

Particularly disappointing. No wifi in rooms and the whole place is a little shabby, broken stuff in rooms etc. I expect more from a 4* De Vere hotel .

Book a different hotel , this is not 4 star, tired rooms, no air con , nasty bathrooms
