5 stars. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and pleasant. Beds nicely fluffed, smells clean . Bathroom aesthetics nice. Little extras like international power plug, bottled water.

Leave bags on ground floor with guy at desk who'll give you a tag. Check-in is on 2nd floor, up the escalator on your left. Bags will be delivered to your room. Best if you tip!

This time comment is negative, they have reduce breakfast options , and tablecloths have disappeared for breakfast users, maybe we do not deserve to have them ... they only put on lunch , INCREDIBLE!!

Small but very ergonomic rooms. Very well located, comfy bed , very quiet at night. They just need to get wifi in rooms and they're all set!

Good housekeeping. Clean room , comfortable beds . The room was quite small tho.

Starting to get old.For instance, don't take room on 9th floor, bathroom still with bathtub????and with polyester curtains,instead shower ????glass case.Carpet old.Some rooms need urgently update

they have changed the cook of the fried eggs and the new cook(lady) does not know how to fry eggs on both sides ... a shame

Breakfast buffet is worst day by day,no nuts ,no yogurt options(only 1),most of times no pineapple available(have to ask for it)no slice turkey ,no tablecloths.I'm regular guest each 2 months,so I know!

Somebody messup and reported a duplicate with the Premier Lounge ... What you get at the hotel is not what you get on the Premier Floor !

This hotel is not so bad. I would stay here again. Prime location. Did not eat the food here but, across the underpass is seafood heaven. Mantis strip every day! Rooms are nice.

Don't go to the hotel spa for massages ! totally overpriced and greedy. They just want to get as many people in as they can, don't care about quality or experience at all! Very unprofessional!
