The owner developed tile soba with original manufacturing method using Japanese roof tiles that have been decades old to cook.
何十年も前から通ったお店。瓦そば た言えば「たかせ」でした。が、本館の畳敷きの各部屋には座敷 用の椅子とテーブルが並び、風情が変わりました。瓦そば と鰻 の櫃まぶしは必ずどちらも注文するほど格別の美味しさでしたが…。建て増しした本館と、新館が出来てから味が落ちたような気がしています。
川棚温泉 の元祖瓦そば たかせがオススメです。矢張り、発祥のお店に行かなきゃ。
