There is another concession stand inside the hallway to the theaters. Not sure if it is always open, but it was today. Today was my 1st time noticing it. Saves time from waiting in line for popcorn .

Bought my ticket on fandango and found a special, Buy 1 get one free with the purchase of a gift card,,, bought a $50 gift card for $20 and got the second ticket free instantly. Dinner and a movie !

Great theater in overall accommodate enough space for highly traffic mall . I recommend three D movie versus IMAX.

Overall great place to go whether alone on on dates. The thing is if you exit the store then wanna use the restroom , you have to pay otherwise they won't let you in.

Avoid going on the weekend or night. The younger guests enjoy talking through the whole movie . I even had someone answer their cell in the middle of the movie I just saw.

The water fountain is on the left side of the theater (facing when you walk in).

Saturday night movie ? Be prepared to be surrounded by loud ghetto teens. I just joined in talking and screaming through the movie .

They got IMAX, and so long as you use Fandango . Getting through is a breeze!

Get here early if you plan on buying popcorn . Ridiculous long line and only 3 employees at the counter. Come on Sawgrass!! Stop being cheap and hire more people!!!

The concession stand has a number of idiots working for them. They clearly don't know how to work quickly and prefer to keep the 20+ people waiting in line . Complete morons.

This movie theater screams 90's. It really needs some renovations. Seats don't recline... eh. The IMAX is good though! Now we're talking!

Get there early, the lines for tickets and concession are LONG on weekends.

If u plan on eating your Lutz Yogurt during the movie , get a lid & hide it in your bag! They won't let you in with outside food.

The sawgrass 23 IMAX without a doubt is the worst theater to see a movie in. The customer service absolutely SUX!!!! The theater screen,not an IMAX screen . The glasses are from a cereal box. $17 tix.

If you're late, buy your tix inside at customer service. No line !! ;)(credit card only, though)

The movie theater is great. But the area itself has been on the downside for years.

This theatre does not live up to the IMAX experience that we are accustomed to! I thought since it was a newer IMAX, it would be better....I was wrong.

This IMAX screen is a complete joke. Head downtown for the real experience.

The only tip you need is to avoid this theatre. For the cost of admission, you can find one nearby that doesn't smell or have terrible seats. In need of renovations.

Got there at 7 for a 7:30 show. Waited in line for 44 minutes, it took 20 minutes to get my order. Missed first part of the movie .

Enjoy having ppl constantly talk loudly and check their cell during the movie . Awful experience!
