Great gym with even better prices, I've tried all gyms and this by far is the best. ||
Try to come before 5pm or after 7pm during the week to avoid a lot of traffic in the gym .
Best timings are from early mornings till 5pm
Aerobics Zumba is the best

Don't recommend the belly dance class . The coach is unprofessional, doesn't even dance with the music and doesn't seem to know what she's doing ????
Complete equipment, nice locker/shower area, free clean water, good AC... best of all... not too crowded. Only downside is a lack of decent parking space. - beachmeister
