If you are late they try to cancel you. ..stand your ground...there is a 15 min window. If it takes you 7 min to get through check in ...being past that is not your fault. . So I wait
Don't be late for your appointment you'll get you chops busted by the doc and the receptionist . Both nice people though
I would recommend skipping the lab on Mondays for optional tests, or expect long wait times.
Lab is very small space and crowded .
