They have two indoor and one hybrid bath. The biggest indoor is co-ed (mixed) so it's prefect for couples. Haven't seen a gaijin yet other than us!

泉質は単純泉で一部加水ながら、とてもゆっくりできる良い湯。薄暗い浴室は、四つの大きな湯船が丸太で区切られて、都合8つのさながらプライベート湯船。標高800メートルの風は夏でも涼やか。
創業140年。建物の一部は国 指定の有形文化財。群馬県が誇る、大きな温泉 遺産です。 国鉄時代のフルムーンのＣＭ使われた浴場 は、今も混浴 です。 けっこう女性は堂々と入ってます。 １度入浴しました。 今度は泊まってみたいです。
有名な法師の湯は混浴 で、夜のみ女性専用 タイムがある（＝宿泊時のみ入れる）。日帰りの場合は混浴 （バスタオル巻き等不可）。もしくは長寿の湯が女性専用 時間なので長寿の湯を利用。
法師は一軒家ですが、ベニューは、あえて残してもらいたいです。

日帰り入浴 は、11時半から1時半。
混浴の露天風呂は広く開放感がありとても気持ち良いです。夏はアブが出ますが山奥なのでお約束です。日が落ちてからか、早朝から入ると回避できます。撮影は禁止です。近くの養魚場は夕食や朝食で出るイワナとニジマスを養殖しているそうです。大変美味しいので必ず食べよう。旅館下の川は真夏でも冷たい。四回にある本棚の群馬県の秘密本みたいなのがあるので勉強しよう。 - 二背 たんてい
Onsen doesn't open until 3pm. Plan accordingly if you want to grab an onsen before the trip home. - Ed Rooth
