Always have Fresh milk with pearl and A13 tea with pearl . Always my favourite drink shop. Milk tea is good too. Great environment which has free WiFi . Good service too.

Now, the quality going down.. The pearls are hard in the middle, the Milktea is still sweet although it's requested W/O sugar. Hmm.. I wonder y?

Staff will HALAU you after you paid and sat down. the staff allowed us to sit inside cos outside full. however, once sat inside, they came to force us to order another item as it is their "policy"..
