I’m staying here for a long time and I really feel like in my home. Beginning from friendly reception staffs + all facilities , all these things will make your staying here a wonderful memory

breakfast is good. The manager is professional speak with him if you have problems with their slow reception

We've been waiting since one hour, and still waiting them to prepare our rooms.. though we have early conservation through the official web site!! this is unprofessional for a five-star hotel !

Nice view from top floor room. But can't seem to relax whenever you can frequently hear this loud noise of traffic due to Saudi driving habits of horning. Check out planes flying in and out of Jeddah.

فندق جميل يذكرك ب فترة الثمانينات ???? الجميلة

الفندق جيد ومكانه قريب من هيفاء مول بس خدمته جداً سيئ ة.. امر على الاستقبال كل يوم علشان ينشطون لي كرت الغرفة..الغرفة ثلاثة ايام بدون تنظيف وذلك بعد الطلب مني شخصياً..لا حياة لمن تنادي.

حاجز القاعة للزواج للأسف خدمات سيئة السماعات خربانة ما عندهم كوشة كل شي تجيبه انت من برة والاسوأ من كدة تجي يوم الزواج يقولك جناح العروسة محجوز يشوفلك جناح غيراللي كان متفق عليه ف العقد

قاعة الحفلات و الزواجات جميلة و مناسبة جدا

الاوتيل قديم جداً واثاث الغرف قديم، تصنيفه خمسة نجوم بس اكثر من حقه، عندهم صالة حديد ممتازة

الفندق كاستقبال كان ممتاز ،، نظافة الغرف كانت غير جيدة والاثاث قديم ومتهالك نوعاً ما، جربت السحور وكان غير جيد ابداً، اشكر بالخصوص الموظف " محمود سعد " يمني الجنسية ،، التقييم العام 6.3/10
