An excellent garden out the back looking out onto the countryside . Great place to stay the night, explore the area. Can get very busy - not a place you can wander into and hope for a spot.
Best pub garden view in the land. Good quality food locally sourced . Ask for a hotel room in the pub as these rooms are cooler than the ones in the extended buildings. The Bluebell room is my fave.
Mouthwatering food, extremely friendly and lovely service, fabulous selection of wines and very very romantic interior! Highly recommend and will defo come back

Great pub all year round but especially good in the summer when you can sit in the garden and take in the Sussex views .

Don't come on summer Sunday if the weather is bad. Despite a lot of staff we left after an hour and a half without our food making it to the table. Rather unfortunate busy mess it was.
