Coffee shop , few tea options (not iced). Nice but limited food choice. Good & huge fried chicken waffle (no vegetables ). Crowded on weekends. Sitting on the front stairs is nice in spring/summer.

Great looking from outside, inside just ok. Meals are alright, coffee too watery and not really warm. Staff bored and unable for simple English.
