I have stayed at this hotel several times during my many business trips to Oslo. The service was average also during this stay! There is nearly no enthusiasm for the well-being of the guests.

Nice view if you're on a higher floor - perfect for watching the northern lights! Rooms are clean and comfortable - breakfast is totally okay!

Very convenient location with the SAS bus from the airport stopping right in front of the hotel ($18 one way). Breakfast buffet included with my stay saved me quite a bit since I didn't need lunch .

Not as spiffy as some of the other Radisson Blu hotels but perfect location, with restaurants , shops and major sights all steps away. Free brkfst and wifi .

It's decent, some rooms have been renovated. Renovation still going on in lobby, watch out of you want to plan spend time in the lobby. Great location

Location is fine. Rooms are old fashioned but it is ok. Have a drink on the roof bar that has the Best Oslo view !

Good service in the conference part of the hotel (haven't tried staying here). Decent lunch and nice staff at the restaurant .

The FlyToGet express train stops at the National theatre and a short 5 min stroll gets you to the hotel .

I liked the comfortable bed and light breakfast . But as I remembered, it took a long time to check out...

'Free' tapas in the bar at the 21 floor every Friday from 17-19. 'Free' - well , drinks are expensive , but view of Oslo great!

Great location. Standard double room looks good, but after you notice that something not so clean , something rather old. The bathroom is very clean .

Such a shame that they don't pay attention to the last details at an otherwise very nice place. Stayed many times and small things are either missing, forgotten or broken.

Do NOT rely on the wifi for anything other than surfing . Video calls are a non starter as the connection drops every couple of mins.

Very central in Oslo and very busy with tourist groups.

Free wifi for guests - look for netpoint network and enter your room no/surname, works great. Summit 21 is a good bar with great views , but get a room on another floor.

slow wifi is awful keeps disconnecting every five minutes . The tiny "Kids playing area " is for toddlers not kids . The tv is NOT appropriate for kids although we asked for a family room with KIDS.

Don't check in for the 20th floor. Actually a shame how a room can deteriorate like this. Receptionist mentioned that they are remodeling. I guess several years too late.

This old fashioned place must be closed for renovation.

The draft beer is absolutely delicious.

The hotel has a serious management problem. They seem to renovate over years but don't get anywhere. The pool and fitness area is a dump . I would not recommend this hotel .

Not a good hotel . The room is in bad conditions, cold and a bit dirty . The breakfest room is huge and messy....

no longer a 4 star :( The towels are pathetic, no amenities in the bathroom , the minibar fridge has been terminated, the reception staff is unhelpful and incompetent. So sad to watch this decline.

Güzel bir otel , yatakları çok rahat . Banyo çok dar. Personel ilgili, kahvaltı çok çeşitli. Rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir. Konumu çok iyi her yer yürüme mesafesinde.
