It's an Apple Store and that speaks for itself. It's the largest Apple flagship store in NYC. The staff are friendly and helpful. Located in a great location; quite busy so pack your patience

A great place to get away from it all - surprisingly. The labyrinth like layout, makes it easy to get lost but you have to check out the accessories wing on the right of the steps.

Unfortunately they aren't open 24 hours but customer service is great & its a tech geek's heaven with all these gadgets.The view is amazing so take a moment during shopping and enjoy it!

The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly . There are plenty of product stations to check out the gadgets! I'd recommend stopping by just to hang out and take a look!

Fastest and best Genius bar in the city , and what a view ! The melding of Apple's aesthetic and Grand Central's shouldn't work at all—but it does.

Even though this is Apple's largest store, the staff is very helpful as expected. The Genius Bar area is huge and spacious , if you need support this is a great place to go!

While this store is not open 24/7 like their 5th Ave location, it does have a convenient location with beautiful views of Grand Central (don't miss the set-up area and iAccessories in the side rooms)!

When you can't find something in other store go to this hidden and quiet one. Beautiful view of Grand Central too.

The Genius Bar line is endless and sometimes excruciatingly slow, but the staff managed to replace my MacBook Pro Retina's screen for free overnight. Great service overall here.

Though a nice looking retail spice it takes away a bit from the unique atmosphere from grand central. Aside from that, they're staff really knows their stuff. They talk to you like Tekserv employees.

This apple store is beautifully set in Grand Central Station. A must visit place for anyone that loves Apple Products!

Not the best Apple Store, but certainly the most beautiful. The space is a little awkward, but it's in Grand Central so they had to work with the space!

Genius Bar is pretty smooth - probably because a lot of customers there are passer bys. Wifi seems a bit unstable at times. Must be the open space thing.
